This is no ordinary employee handbook. This is the playbook for those hungry for success and passionate about leaving their mark.

This manifesto outlines the core principles that drive everything we do. It's not a set of rules; it’s a way of life.

It's got much of what you hear in most corporate playbooks - collaboration, ownership, hard work, fun. But we do more than idealize, we ruthlessly enact it in our everyday actions.

As you'll see in this manifesto, we’re high-intensity, high-performance, and direct as hell.

We’re not for everyone, but, hey, at least we’re honest about it.

1️⃣  A-Players Only

You won’t be getting a participation trophy here. If you’re just completing what you’ve been asked, you aren’t doing a great job. We're strategic make-shit-happen people, not order-fillers.

We take immense pride in our work. We're hungry, proactive, resourceful, intense, and act like we’re building our own company. We don't wait for problems; we hunt them down and obliterate them. We’re agile and adaptable. There’s always something we can do better, and there’s always a next goal.

There’s no room for ego here - we know every critique is a chance to improve. We can have hard conversations. We’re accountable for both the wins and the screw-ups. There's no finger-pointing or blame-shifting. Instead, the team learns from its mistakes and celebrates its wins together.

We owe it to our high-performing colleagues to surround them with like-minded people. Here's why:

• Our Own Brand Of Crazy: We get each other. We share the same mindset, the same work ethic, and the same internal motivation. Most of us think we’re pretty good at what we do and are ready to prove it - not just to others, but to ourselves. Does this mean that some of us don’t have the greatest work-life boundaries? Probably! Do most of us cite our jobs as one of our favorite hobbies? Yep, it's weird! Do we have high expectations? Uh-huh! But our expectations are generally highest for ourselves.

• Amplified Results: People who CRUSH in their respective fields working together? That's not just additive, it's multiplicative. It’s what results in massive business growth. As Allan says, “We want to work with cool people doing cool shit and make a ton of money in the process.” We refuse to let anyone stand in our way, and those who aren’t on the same page don’t stay for long. But those who stick around love their job and have found their people.

Look, not everyone wants to give that much of themself to their work (valid!), but that’s all we have room for here.
